Lead Technician her fifth time to Suriname
for humanitarian veterinary efforts was cecilia
nieve’s first time serving as the lead technician.
“i was a bit nervous, at first,” said cecilia.
Managing a group of people is difficult enough.
now, throw in the element that they are all
strangers, from different parts of the world with
a variety of experiences. “everything worked
out beautifully, and we were even referred to as
the dream team by the caribbean Spay neuter
director, Karin King,” said cecilia. “We did 747
spay and neuter surgeries in four days. Plus
additional exams, attention and care. it was a
very successful trip.”
